Annual Charity Dinner

On Thursday 8 May 2025, we’re hosting our Charity Dinner at the stunning Old War Office. The evening will begin with a sparkling drinks reception, followed by a three-course dinner. Guests will have the opportunity to bid for unique prizes in our online silent auction and live auction on the night to help raise vital money to improve veterans’ mental health.
We're delighted to confirm Patrick O'Connell is our master of ceremonies for this year's Charity Dinner. Paddy presents BBC Radio 4's Broadcasting House programme each Sunday morning.
He is also an occasional presenter of the PM programme and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. We can't wait to welcome Paddy to our dinner and we're extremely grateful he is given up his time to support our wonderful charity.
Angus Ashworth is our celebrity auctioneer to host the live auction on the night. Angus Ashworth is an antiques expert and auctioneer with his own auction house, Ryedale Auctioneers. Angus and his team feature in the documentary series The Yorkshire Auction House, one of Really's best-performing series. Angus has supported our Charity Dinner on numerous occasions and we are so grateful for his support.
Book your space for £250 per person, buy a table of ten ticket for £2,500, or pay £2,800 for a premium table of ten which includes being in a prime location, a special table host (if requested) and two bottles of champagne.
