An update on our service redesign and COVID-19

During the current lockdown, the need for our specialist services remains critical.

Although our clinical staff cannot see veterans in person, we have adapted and enhanced our phone and digital services to provide 1-1 therapy sessions, a range of online resources and an online peer support community.

Please be aware that while we are taking new referrals in Scotland and Northern Ireland, we cannot at present take new referrals in England and Wales.

Our 24-hour Helpline 0800 138 1619 remains available to all veterans and their families.

With the help of the Government’s furlough scheme, our service redesign plans have been temporarily put on hold during the COVID-19 crisis
