Thank you to all who attended
Our 2022 Supporter Dinner took place on Thursday 12 May, a staggering 103 years to the day since the charity was founded in response to soldiers returning home from the battlefields of the First World War with shell shock.
We would like to say a huge thank you to all who attended the evening and made it a 103rd birthday to remember!
Alfie Moore was a hilarious master of ceremonies and kept everyone entertained. And Angus Ashworth was a brilliant auctioneer, spurring on the bidding wars. We are so grateful that they were both able to attend and make the night a wonderful experience.
We’re also very thankful for our veteran, Dean, for delivering such a moving speech about his experience at Combat Stress and his recovery.
