The Specialist Works donates £50,000 of advertising space
Global Brand Performance Media Agency, The Specialist Works, has kindly donated £50,000 worth of advertising space through their Goodwill Rocks initiative to help us promote the support we offer to former servicemen and women.
The Goodwill Rocks initiative provides charities with free or low-cost marketing by utilising left over advertising space, enabling them to create efficient fundraising or awareness campaigns in a cost effective way.
From today until Friday adverts promoting our Helpline will be featured in both national and regional papers, including the Daily Mirror, Scotland’s Daily Record, the Liverpool Echo, the Newcastle Chronicle and the Birmingham Mail.
Sue Freeth, Chief Executive of Combat Stress said;
“It’s incredibly generous of The Specialist Works to donate £50,000 worth of advertising space to Combat Stress and I’d like to thank them for providing us with the opportunity.
“It’s really important that we raise awareness of Combat Stress so former servicemen and women know if they are struggling with their mental health we are here to help. This advertising from The Specialist Works will enable us to reach a large number of veterans all around the country and we hope it will encourage those that need our support to contact our Helpline.”
