Combat Stress announced as Bronze Award winners of The Learning Awards 2025
We are pleased to announce that we have been named as winners of the Learning GiveBack Bronze Award at The Learning Awards 2025.
Our learning platform has been awarded for tackling social issues and for helping support others through difficult times with honesty, integrity and sensitivity.
Combat Stress Learning is a unique initiative led by our clinicians and experts. It shares cutting-edge evidence-based and trauma-informed expertise of veterans’ mental health with organisations that work with, employ or support veterans, so they can help veterans to live healthy and meaningful lives.
To date, the platform has delivered over 5,000 hours of interactive online learning and live events to more than 500 individuals and 100 UK charities and services. Subjects included suicide prevention and transition from military to civilian life.
Andrew Veevers, Partnership Lead for Learning and Development at Combat Stress, said: “Receiving this award is a huge honour. For us to make that much of an impact on someone’s learning and professional development makes us feel immensely proud and it is testament to how far Learning and Development at Combat Stress has come, in such a short space of time.”
