As a charity the demand for our vital services remains constant. Our commitment – to provide treatment and support to former military personnel to help them tackle the past and take on the future - remains steadfast. 

We complement services provided by the NHS and other military charities by providing treatment and support for those veterans who have some of the most complex trauma-related mental health issues resulting from military service. Our expert team helped nearly 13,000 from the Armed Forces community last year; over 10,464 called our Helpline, 1,476 accessed our online self-help resource and 1,482 directly received support from our specialist staff.
