VE Day
This year, Friday 8 May is the 75th anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) Day. VE Day marked an end to six years of German involvement in World War II, and in towns and cities across the world people marked the victory with street parties, dancing and singing. While street parties are not currently an option it was great to see so many re-create that war-time spirit in your own homes. Continue to celebrate by entering our photo competition!

We hope everyone enjoyed our virtual VE Day 75 ‘Celebrate at Home’ party pack and had a wonderful day celebrating VE Day. We would like to also say a huge thank you to everyone who rasied funds or donated to Combat Stress as party of their VE Day celebrations, your support allows us to be there for veterans who need our help.
If you did decide to throw a VE Day Party you can keep the celebrations going! Enter our photo competition for a suggested donation £5.00* per photo. The competition will be judged based on the ‘most entertaining’ photos from your parties.
