Christmas Carol Service 2021
EVENT NOTICE
"It is with great regret that we have taken the decision to not allow guests at our live Festival of Lessons and Carols service.
The rapidly evolving situation relating to the COVID-19 Omicron variant means we feel this is the best course of action as to go ahead would be putting our supporters at an unnecessary risk. We are hugely disappointed not to be able to welcome you in-person but the service will be available virtually via this link Combat Stress Carol Service. We hope you will be able to join us in this way instead.
These are difficult and challenging times for us all but I do hope you will support us in this decision.
Over 300 guests will enjoy an unforgettable evening at the spiritual home of the Household Division. Share with us a festive evening of traditional Christmas carols and seasonal readings, led by the Chapel Choir and accompanied by other musicians and celebrity readers.
If you would like to join us after the service for a sparkling drinks reception and festive canapés in the Officers’ Mess, please select the Service and Reception ticket option when booking. We look forward to seeing you there.
If you are unable to make this year’s event in person you can still join our beloved Carol Service by live streaming on the night. Book your tickets below (a suggested £10 donation per guest), heat up the mulled wine and mince pies and raise your voices with us to celebrate the Christmas season.
When: Wednesday 15 December 2021 19:00
Where: Wellington Barracks, Birdcage Walk, London SW1E 6HQ
If you have any questions call Sue 01372 587 148 or send us an email
COVID-19 Information
At present we are following national church guidelines which states that wearing masks is not compulsory; however we understand if our guests wish to do so. Please be aware that this advice is subject to change and we will let you know of any changes to our guidance and plans as quickly as possible.
Please note that while the chapel has a capacity of 550, to ensure the safety of all our guests and staff, our capacity for this event will be 300. We will also be running a live steam of the event on the day, for those who cannot attend in person.
